Job summary
A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs. The role involves sourcing quotations, preparing costing summaries, and liaising with various stakeholders on cost issues. Ideal candidates will possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying and have 7-10 years of relevant experience, alongside excellent skills with cost estimation software. This is a dynamic position suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm.
- Strong understanding of construction processes.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Source quotations and prepare costing summaries.
- Prepare documents for tender and contract.
- Liaise with stakeholders for project cost issues.

1) Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying,
2) Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm.
3) Strong understanding of construction processes.
4) Excellent skills with relevant cost estimation software, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
5) Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
6) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
