Roles & Responsibilities

• To source for quotations, price comparison and costing summary
• To prepare project costing
• To prepare documents for tender and contract
• To liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and suppliers/vendors for project cost issues

Qualifications

1) Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying,

2) Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm.

3) Strong understanding of construction processes.

4) Excellent skills with relevant cost estimation software, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
