In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving digital innovation and business growth — identifying opportunities, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and showcasing how Emerson’s advanced monitoring solutions can solve real-world challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and technical teams across the region to turn opportunities into successful outcomes, supporting customers on their digital transformation journey.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Business Growth & Engagement

  • Identify and develop new opportunities for PRV monitoring, partnering with country sales teams to expand the customer base.
  • Understand customer pain points and create compelling value propositions that address operational challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, guiding them through technical discussions and solution presentations.

Solution Delivery & Execution

  • Develop strong product and application knowledge to conduct solution demonstrations and installations.
  • Lead opportunities from initial engagement to delivery and commissioning, ensuring smooth execution through cross-functional collaboration.

Market Insights & Enablement

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to keep our solutions competitive.
  • Support the sales organization with product training and implementation of business unit strategies.
  • Track and report on regional opportunities, challenges, and support needs to drive continuous improvement.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the process control industry and Instrumentation Systems.
  • Well versed with Measurement Instrumentation, Valves product range, and knowledge. Experience with Pressure Relief Valves will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and questioning skills coupled with ability to develop and implement strategies.
