Our client is an international technology and engineering company that specialises in providing innovative digital and security solutions to their esteemed clients. They are well-known for their dedication of quality delivery standards supporting global projects. They have an international presence in over 100 countries worldwide and are looking out for an AI Team Lead to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Location: Jurong West area (Islandwide company transport available)

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 7.25am - 5pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Team Management: To lead, manage and oversee a team of AI Engineers. Guiding them on technical knowledge, project management and execution, problem solving and establishing communications between internal and external stakeholders
• Project Management: Work and engage relevant stakeholders in managing and seeing through projects from start till end
• AI Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain AI systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Data Management: Collect, pre-process, and analyze large datasets to train and validate AI models.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholder, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and implement best practices to enhance our AI capabilities.
  

Requirements:

• Education qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or relevant field
• At least 4 - 5 years' work experience with AI/ML projects
• Experience leading a team of at least 2 - 3 AI Engineers
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
