The Office of Improvement Science (OIS) is an integral part of Changi General Hospital’s transformative journey towards a value-based healthcare system, for patients across the care continuum in the eastern part of Singapore. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline
• Candidates with healthcare experience preferred. Entry level graduates from reputable universities are welcome to apply
• 1 year of working experience preferably with Improvement Sciences exposure eg. Model for Improvement, Six Sigma, Lean, Human Factors, Design Thinking, Psychology, Sociology
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Facilitation, communication capabilities and project management skills will be an added advantage
• Good attention to details and able to work independently with appropriate coaching
