Job Description

• Responsible for overall success of test related policy, process, tools and solutions deployment to OSATs
• Competency in process engineering and work with regional team to ensure compliance of the test processes and controls at OSATs
• Drive improvement of OSAT’s test capabilities and processes conform to ST requirement
• Benchmarking of OSAT’s test capabilities and solutions (include ORT, B/I, reliability, FA)
• Manage NPI qualification to MP process for test across all OSATs, including technical gap analysis review and approval
• Manage Process Change for test related at the OSAT
• Contribute to product yield and OEE improvement
• Competence to perform root cause analysis for customer incident and operational issue, with advice for improvement as subject matter expert
• Able to lead Artificial Intelligence (AI) project to build firewall at OSATs
• Abe to perform value engineering analysis for Test and lead value engineering project at OSATs

Profile

• Experience in NPI/qual/production procedures and processes in semiconductor EWS/test manufacturing
• Proficiency and understand Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Experience with data analysis techniques and tools, and understand requirement of test applications - data integrity, STDF, SBL, SYL, SPL, PAT (EWS & FT) etc
• Proficient in project management and familiar of OSATs
• Familiar with semiconductor tester platforms and handlers/ probers
• Experience with test analysis tool, eg silicon.DA etc, is an added advantage
• Self-motivated and self-driven, able to commit to and meet timeline
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and able to present and communicate ideas and recommendation effectively
• This position requires travelling to the region and may require travelling within short notice.
