Architectural Engineer

Requirements:

• Diploma or university degree or above, major in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field, with theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building materials, construction, interior design, and decoration.
• Experience in project management, leading local and overseas projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and inspection. Must have overseas project experience. Submit review analysis reports to the board after project completion.
• Excellent communication and management skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities.
• Ability to create and explain design concepts for exterior and interior furnishings.

Design Skills:

• Design detailed illustrations of door and window options (two or four sides) and cutting lists; aluminum and glass partition cutting lists; casement door and window accessories.
• Proficiency in producing 2D plans, layouts, elevations, and sections in AutoCAD, with a high level of AutoCAD skill preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team effectively, setting guidelines and providing supervision and expertise.
• Guide engineers on construction works, ensure schedules are met, maintain quality standards, oversee site management, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Build the Singapore ABS brand as a prestigious entity both locally and in overseas markets such as Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Hong Kong, Macau, and China.
• Develop perspective views, plans, elevations, and interior design information representations.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and supervision of ongoing projects.
• Provide conceptual design, development, visualization, rendering, and documentation.
