Qualifications

• 5-10 years of design experience in a consultant firm on mega-scale project on Power/ACMV/fire protection or building services systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate RWS 2.0 Expansion project across all phases.
• Provide conceptual design based on user requirements.
• Review detailed designs by consultants.
• Lead site project management team to deliver quality outcomes.
• Ensure projects meet budget and schedule requirements.
• Oversee pre-qualification and bid evaluation process.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies for compliance.
