Requirement:

1. Have a valid class 3/4 driving license.
2. Familiar with driving on Singapore roads.
3. At least 4 years of working experience in a related field.
4. Possess a Civil Engineering Degree.
5. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF Editor Software.

Job Description:

1. Provide analytical support to the General Manager for assigned projects.
2. Plan and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion.
3. Assess potential issues and technical challenges, developing appropriate resolutions.
4. Coordinate with various teams to facilitate project activities.
5. Participate in project design meetings and suggest improvements as needed.
6. Assist in project design and development activities.
7. Support change order management, project tracking, and document control activities with the General Manager.
8. Track project progress and ensure all activities are completed on time.
9. Monitor project schedules regularly to identify delays or deviations.
10. Attend project meetings and follow up on outstanding tasks.
11. Develop project reports for management and clients.
12. Analyze and resolve project issues promptly and accurately.
13. Coordinate with management to develop project scope, plans, deliverables, budgets, and milestones.
14. Oversee project correspondence and prepare/review related documents such as emails, letters, proposals, memos, and meeting minutes.
15. Review contract requirements and process invoices timely.
16. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD software.
