Job summary

A construction and engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a dedicated Site Manager to oversee site activities and ensure compliance with building regulations in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate should have strong project management and communication skills, with a deep understanding of M&E systems and experience with subcontractors. Qualifications

• Good knowledge of various types of M&E systems with piping and cables used in semiconductor factories.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry and general construction M&E works is an advantage.
• Possess relevant safety and work certificates (BCSS, WAH) is an advantage.

Job Scope:

The person will oversee the site work scope including supporting Mechanical and Electrical, ensuring compliance with building regulations and specifications; and managing other resources.

The person will be working with site personnel, and site activities and be highly involved in the following aspects of the business but not limited to the below:

• Project management, site meetings, and coordination with any QA/QC mechanical or electrical works
• Technical study and identify variation works.
• Able to schedule, supervise, and control sub-contractors to carry out their work accurately and timely in accordance with the contract, and QA/QC specifications.
• Experience in study drawings, and preparing work permits/documentation.
• Undertake Adhoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge of various types of M&E systems with piping and cables used in factories, especially in Semiconductor factories.
• Experience in the Semiconductor industry, design/knowledge of general construction M&E works, is an advantage
• Independent individual with a drive to make things work.
• Highly communicative and Self-motivated individual
• Ability to communicate in English and work with tight deadlines.
• Possess relevant safety and work certificates (BCSS, WAH) is an advantage
