Job summary
A leading education advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Childcare English Language Teacher to engage children in English language lessons. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering age-appropriate lessons, monitoring child progress, and creating a safe learning environment. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma in Early Childhood Education and L1/L2 Teacher Certification from ECDA. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary ranging from $2700 to $4500.
Qualifications
- Experience in preparing and conducting age-appropriate English lessons.
- Ability to monitor children's progress and complete reports.
- Capable of establishing effective classroom management.
Responsibilities
- Teach children English language lessons.
- Prepare, plan and conduct engaging lessons.
- Establish and maintain a safe and conducive learning environment.

Work location: Maxwell/ Bukit Panjang / Bedok East
Working day: Mon to Fri (Able to work rotating shifts 7am to 7pm)
Salary: $2700-$4500
- Teaching Children English language lessons.
- Prepare, plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons to engage, nurture and motivate children in accordance with the curriculum.
- Plan and deliver programs that facilitate active learning experiences both within and outside the classroom.
- Monitor progress of children and complete progress reports and prepare developmental portfolios for each child.
- Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and use them in the implementation of the programs.
- Establish effective classroom management.
- Set up and maintain a safe, clean and conducive environment for learning.
- Establish collaborative partnerships with parents for the children's development.
- Perform routine care and ensure the safety and hygiene of the children.
- Experienced in learning activities design and Centre environment decoration.
- Having a diploma or above in Early Childhood Education
- Be qualified in L1/L2 Teacher Certification issued by ECDA.
