Job summary
A management consulting organization based in Singapore is looking for a male personal assistant to support the Director. The role involves traveling to China and the Asia Pacific for translation and logistical support. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa, and English, possesses critical thinking skills, and can manage simple bookkeeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a diploma in accountancy are desirable. The position offers flexibility to work from the office or the Director's home office.
Qualifications

- Independent, meticulous, and attentive to details.

We are management consultant organization seeking male personal assistant for our Director.
Requirements:
Able to travel to China & Asia Pacific with Director to assist in translation.
Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin, Bahasa & English to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Bahasa-speaking clients.
Critical thinking needed as travel companion in arranging local logistic etc.
Able to do simple bookkeeping, meeting notes and reports.
Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification is desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT).
Independent, meticulous and attention to details.
Social media skill is preferable or able to do online research.
Willing to work from either office or Director's home office (in town area).
