Delivery Driver cum E-Commerce Operations Executive
Vehicle, cashcard, diesel, and parking provided (vehicle can be driven home). Breakfast and refreshments provided daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Morning Deliveries (4:00am – 6:00am): Ensure all stock is accurately loaded and unloaded in a timely and hygienic manner.
- Operations & Packing (6:30am – 11:30am): Conduct quality checks for all fresh groceries received (fruits, vegetables, meats, seafood). Ensure clean, accurate, and well‑organised packing of customer orders. Assist in daily stocktaking, inventory restocking, and ice pack preparation for next‑day logistics. Maintain workplace cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety standards.
- Deliver online orders directly to customers’ doorsteps. Handle groceries carefully, ensuring freshness and proper presentation. Collect and return reusable boxes in good condition. Communicate clearly with the operations and customer service teams regarding delivery timing.
- Able to start work early (report by 4:00am). Basic English literacy (able to read and follow delivery notes); Mandarin understanding an advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
- Must be able to deliver online orders directly to customers and carry up to 10kg of groceries.
- Class 3 manual driving licence with minimum 2 years’ experience. Familiar with navigation and route planning using Google Maps.
- Prior experience in food packing, warehousing, or e‑commerce operations preferred. Possess or willing to obtain WSQ Food Hygiene Certification.
- Team player with a positive and courteous attitude. Comfortable handling fresh produce and meats (gloves/apron provided).
