Job summary

A leading technology services provider in Singapore is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the management and optimization of enterprise IT infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or IT, with at least 5 years of experience, including managing data centers. Key responsibilities include handling Microsoft 365 services and ensuring system performance and resource optimization. This role requires strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in implementing, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise IT infrastructures.
  • 2 years of experience in managing data centers.
  • 3 years of experience in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, upgrade, administer and monitor infrastructure services such as Azure, AD, DNS, DHCP, file server, email server, VDI and VMWare
  • Perform regular system OS, firmware patching, bug-fixing, upgrading, and license review
  • Perform periodic review of systems architecture, ongoing system performance tuning, resource optimization, capacity planning and hardware upgrade
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, OneDrive etc
  • Manage the operations of multiple data centres (improvements, capacity planning, rack space, power, incidents management, etc.)
  • Work with third party support on maintenance of data centre systems (e.g. CRAC, UPS, Water Detection, Fire Suppression System, etc.)
  • Manage vendor relationship and ensure SLAs are met in accordance with the underpinning contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with other IT teams to develop technical solutions to meet business requirements.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • 5 years of experience in implementing, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise IT infrastructures
  • 2 years of experience in managing data centers
  • 3 years of experience in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Self-driven individual who is able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good knowledge in supporting Microsoft Azure and AWS Cloud infrastructure
