A local service company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator to oversee daily operations and handle customer inquiries. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in sales administration, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and possesses strong organizational skills. This role involves managing delivery schedules, customer feedback, and ensuring accuracy in documentation. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm, with Saturdays from 8:30am to 12:30pm.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of Sales Admin or Administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of English (spoken & written).
  • Meticulous, proactive, and well-organized.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales admin office.
  • Handle sales enquiries and online sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in packing goods for online orders and customer samples.
  • Coordinate daily delivery schedules and handle sales returns.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Follow up on payment collection from customers.
  • Perform data entry for DO/invoices; update price lists and customer records.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation.
  • Liaise with third-party drivers and government boards.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
