Job summary
A leading marine engineering company in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage project activities, liaise with clients, and oversee procurement. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in marine and offshore oil and gas projects. Strong project management skills and knowledge of the industry are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marine and offshore, oil and gas projects.
- Basic knowledge in Oil & Gas and Marine industry.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Oversee project procurement management.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Work with the Project Manager.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Basic knowledge in Oil & Gas and Marine industry.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marine and offshore, oil and gas project.
