A technology solutions company in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual to execute modelling tasks using BIM software. The candidate should have a degree in Architecture or Engineering and 1-2 years of AEC industry experience. Key skills include strong communication and teamwork abilities, along with expertise in Revit and ArchiCAD. This role ensures the timely delivery of high-quality 3D models while adhering to internal BIM standards.

- In-depth knowledge of BIM standards and submission protocols.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the AEC industry.

- Execute modelling tasks in alignment with project goals.
- Ensure timely delivery of 3D models and related outputs.
- Uphold internal BIM standards for model content.
- Extract precise documentation and shop drawings directly from BIM models.
- Coordinate closely with project engineers for technical drawings.

- Ensure timely delivery of 3D models and related outputs.
- Uphold internal BIM standards for model content, structure, and maintenance.
- Extract precise documentation and shop drawings directly from BIM models.
- Coordinate closely with project engineers to prepare technical drawings and submissions for approval.
- Contribute to cost‑efficient design development that meets client expectations and complies with regulatory requirements.
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- In‑depth knowledge of BIM standards and submission protocols. illed in BIM software, particularly Bentley and ARCHICAD.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the AEC industry.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently to meet project deadlines.
