Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate to oversee daily sales operations. The role involves managing customer inquiries, coordinating with various teams, and preparing reports. Ideal candidates should thrive in a dynamic work environment. The position is Monday to Friday, 9am to 6:30pm, with a basic salary of up to $3000.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales operations and order processing (POs, DOs, SOs, quotations, invoices).
- Manage high volumes of customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Maintain communication with key customers as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing teams.
- Assist in preparing tender documents and reports.
- Attend regular product training sessions conducted by vendors.
- Basic up to $3000
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6.30pm
- Location: Kaki Bukit
