Job Descriptions:
* Familiar with analytical systems such as O2, Ammonia, pH, TOC, TRC, Conductivity and etc Analyzer, and instruments (PIT, TIT, FIT, etc)
* Coordinate with internal team, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
* Supervise and lead Installation and Commissioning and initial calibration of various Analyzer, instruments, sensors, etc. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during installation and commissioning.
* Perform Electrical & Pressure Tests, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
* Perform site commissioning for instrumentation & Control System, analytical systems and project-related jobs
* Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of analytics systems services
* Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, technical documents, not limited to installation report, testing and commissioning report, etc
* Ensure all installations & commissioning meet customer specifications and industry standards.
* Ad-hoc engineering support to customer when required.
* Willing to work on fast pace environment.
Job Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification)
* Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
* Preferably 3 - 5 years of working experience or more in the analytical instruments or related field.
* Knowledge of analyzers, instrumentation would be advantageous.
* Able to work independently and write effective good service report
* Good work experience with Hart communicator, calibration, and PLC/SCADA would be advantageous
* Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency.
* Customer orientated with a positive attitude
* Ability to work well with others in a team environment, providing input and feedback in a helpful manner.
* Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, Pro-active and able to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks when required.
