• Position: Service Technician (Pharmaceutical)
• Location: Serangoon North
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6.15pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,800 + Variable Bonus + Transport allowance + OT Pay (if required)
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Pharmaceutical/Engineering Services

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems at client sites
• Install, test, and maintain machinery and equipment
• Diagnose and repair technical issues efficiently and in a timely manner
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
• Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for all completed jobs
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work independently while adhering to safety standards and company procedures
• Assist with other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Requires Nitec or Certificate in Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a service technician or technical support role preferred
• Knowledgeable in mechanical and/or electrical systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Requires ability to read and understand blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage
