Job Function: Administration
Job Responsibilities
- Support Finance Analytics projects related to Healthcare.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive Finance Database.
- Apply advanced statistical modelling, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to derive insights from data.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy.
- Evaluate data management, data quality, and data gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Present financial data insights to key stakeholders.
- Support automation and streamlining of financial reporting processes.
Job Requirements
- Master or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Analytics.
- At least 2 years of relevant data science experience in an established organisation.
- Proficient in at least one of the statistical tools/language (R, SAS, STATA).
- Experience creating and managing Databases.
- Resourceful, independent, meticulous, strong analytical mind, and eye for detail.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
- Proactive and good team player.
- Experience in healthcare industry, management accounting, or data analytics is an added advantage.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
