A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. You will manage the operations team, ensure smooth workflow across departments, and improve operational processes. Ideal candidates should have at least 3–5 years of operations management experience and possess relevant qualifications. This role offers a salary of up to $4,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of operations or management experience (FMCG, trading, or logistics preferred).
- Experienced in inventory management and stock-taking.
- Possession of Class 3 license is required.
Responsabilités
- Oversee daily operations and supervise the operations team.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance.
- Develop and improve operational processes and SOPs.
