Job Summary:

As an Investment Sale Team Leader, you will need to overlook your investment sale team, provide professional advice and training to your sale team, tailored investment solutions to help clients grow and protect their wealth. You will analyse client portfolios, understand their financial goals and risk appetite, and recommend suitable products and strategies in line with market trends and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn to build and manage a portfolio of clients, both individual and corporate for you and your team.
  • Assess clients’ financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance through consultations and fact-finding for you and your team.
  • Develop and recommend customised investment strategies and product solutions (e.g., unit trusts, bonds, equities, structured products).
  • Monitor clients’ portfolios and provide regular updates and rebalancing advice.
  • Stay updated on market movements, economic trends, and new investment products.
  • Ensure compliance with MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulations and company policies.
  • Build and enhance your team.
  • Training and guidance to new representative.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in investment advisory, wealth management or banking.
  • Sound knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Client-focused mindset with a consultative approach.
