Job summary
A recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a motivated Account Manager to develop and maintain relationships with key customers. The role requires managing the sales pipeline, meeting performance targets, and engaging with client stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. This position offers the opportunity to excel in a dynamic sales environment.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer-facing sales or account management.
- Highly driven and results-focused with a passion for service excellence.
- Strong presentation abilities and a good command of English.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships within key customer accounts.
- Maintain updated records of account history and activities.
- Drive sales performance by meeting targets.
- Lead large-account selling efforts and engage with senior stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process for maximum win rates.
Skills
Education
- Manage and grow new and existing relationships within key customer accounts by understanding their business structure, decision makers, and ongoing needs.
- Maintain updated records of account history, activities, and opportunities while consistently identifying and pursuing new prospects.
- Drive sales performance by meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across the full suite of solutions, including Managed Print Services, Production Printers, Managed Content Services, Managed IT Services/ Business Solutions.
- Analyse account potential through white-space mapping to ensure full coverage and uncover opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline through face-to-face engagements, calls, written communication, and social platforms to create strong funnel momentum.
- Lead large-account selling efforts, collaborate with internal teams, and engage confidently with senior stakeholders and C-level executives across client organisations.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, from strategy to proposal preparation, to maximise win rates.
- Ensure strong client retention by providing consistent after-sales support, while delivering timely updates to management on account status, pipeline movement, and sales outcomes.
- Possess at least an diploma or degree, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar customer-facing sales or account management role.
- Highly driven, resilient, and results-focused, with a strong passion for customer engagement and service excellence.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities with a good command of English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients at various levels.
