A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Desktop Support professional to provide IT assistance to end users. The ideal candidate should have a Nitec or Diploma in IT and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, performing service requests, and monitoring service levels. This position requires good communication skills and the ability to respond promptly to incidents.
Multiple location, Candidate must open to any location in Singapore
8:30am to 6pm or follow end client working hours
Provide Desktop support to end users
Supporting and communicating with end users regarding their IT issues
Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
Respond promptly to incidents, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
Involved in heavy lifting
Perform service request related to client platforms.
Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
Requirement
Nitec/Diploma in IT related studies
1-3 years of relevant experience
