• Quantity surveyor experience from electrical project or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with all related stakeholders for the electrical projects.
• Understanding market price trends.
• Capable of administrating ACMV/Electrical tender and procedures.
• Controlling and planning strategies for all tendering duties.
• Listing scope of work and commercial requirements to assess project risks.
• Preparing Request For Quotations for timely submissions.
• Taking off Bill of Quantities from ACMV drawings and schedules.
• Collating price comparison and technical proposals for tender submissions.
• Studying addendum and updating costs with technical proposals.

Job description

Job scope:

• Dealing with all related stakeholders for the electrical projects
• Understanding market price trends
• Capable of administrate on ACMV/Electrical tender and tendering procedures
• Controlling, planning for strategy of all tendering duties
• List the scope of work and commercial requirements in order to determine the risks of the projects
• Preparing and follow up on the Request For Quotations to suppliers/sub-cons in order to ensure tender costing and technical data to be submitted on time
• Taking off Bill of Quantities from the ACMV Drawings, Points of Schedules and Architectural drawings
• Collating price comparison, costing summary and technical proposal in order to prepare tender submission
• Studying the addendum and/or corrigendum documents and update costing summary with technical proposal accordingly
• Diploma/Degree in any engineering related field
• Quantity surveyor experience from electrical project or relevant experience
• Salary up to $4500
