About the Role

This role sits at the heart of business + technology. As a Functional and Test Analyst, you’ll turn real business needs into practical digital solutions—shaping requirements, guiding solution design, and ensuring everything works flawlessly before it goes live. You’ll partner closely with clients, developers, and cross‑functional specialists to deliver solutions that truly make an impact.

What You’ll Do

1) Functional Analysis (The Translator of Ideas → Solutions)

• Work directly with users and stakeholders to understand how the business operates.
• Translate workflows and needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and diagrams.
• Bridge communication between business teams and technical developers.
• Identify gaps in processes and propose meaningful improvements.
• Maintain essential documentation (BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, etc.).

2) Testing & Quality Assurance (The Person Who Ensures Everything Actually Works)

• Create test plans and execute system, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
• Raise, track, and retest defects until everything is stable.
• Ensure solutions meet user expectations and achieve the intended outcomes.
• Lead UAT with business users and secure sign‑offs for go‑live.

3) Project Support & Delivery (The Reliable Project Partner)

• Support deployments and post‑implementation troubleshooting.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint cycles.
• Assist with estimates and timeline planning.
• Collaborate with global, cross‑functional delivery teams.

What You Bring

• A degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in functional analysis and/or software testing roles.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile or Waterfall).
• Hands‑on experience with tools like JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail, etc.
• Bonus: Exposure to healthcare, finance, or public sector domains.
