Job Purpose

The successful candidate shall manage the end‑to‑end syndication process for private credit transactions — from structuring and underwriting support to investor distribution and secondary sell‑downs.

The role involves close collaboration with private credit origination and wealth management teams to design syndication strategies, evaluate market appetite, and engage institutional investors, private credit funds, and family offices. Strong credit structuring and underwriting expertise are essential.

Syndication Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute syndication strategies for private credit deals across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
  • Distribute investment opportunities to co‑investors including banks, private credit funds, and family offices.
  • Lead the full syndication process — from pre‑marketing and investor engagement to documentation, execution, and closing.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key syndicate investors and intermediaries.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new syndication and co‑investment opportunities.
Deal Structuring & Documentation
  • Support deal structuring, credit analysis, and underwriting alongside the origination team.
  • Prepare term sheets, information memoranda and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate investor calls and responses to due diligence queries.
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution from mandate to closing.
Qualifications and Experience
Education
  • Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) in finance, economics, or a related field.
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in private credit syndication or illiquid loan sales in multinational banks.
  • Proven success in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex private credit transactions.
  • Experience managing multi‑party deals involving institutional and private capital investors.
