We specialize in providing top-tier Healthcare IT solutions and services to meet the diverse needs of the healthcare industry.Introduction:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with expertise in eClinicalWorks EBO reporting, data extraction, and advanced analytics to support data-driven decision-making within our clinical and operational teams. This role requires a strong background in interpreting clinical and operational data, optimizing reports, and applying trend and predictive analysis techniques to drive insights that improve performance and support strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Data Extraction & Reporting: Utilize eClinicalWorks (eCW) Enterprise Business Objects (EBO) tools to extract, manipulate, and transform clinical and operational data for reporting purposes. Report Optimization: Enhance and optimize existing reports for improved clarity, performance, and decision-making. Trend & Predictive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of historical data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements, and support predictive analytics to forecast future trends. Data Interpretation: Analyze clinical, financial, and operational data, providing insights to senior leadership for better decision-making and performance optimization. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (clinical, operational, IT, and leadership) to understand their data needs, deliver custom reports, and provide actionable insights. Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness while troubleshooting discrepancies and recommending improvements. Strategic Decision Support: Provide data-driven recommendations that align with the organization's goals and enhance business outcomes. Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain clear documentation on reporting processes and train team members on effective use of reporting tools and analytical techniques.Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on eClinicalWorks (eCW) EBO reporting and analysis. Technical Skills: Proficiency in eClinicalWorks EBO reporting tools and SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting/BI tools. Familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex clinical and operational data and translate findings into actionable insights. Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and implement improvements. Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Education: Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
