This position involves maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, developing Commis chefs, contributing to kitchen profitability, and supervising their designated section in accordance with Hilton International policies and procedures.

What will I be doing?

As Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for:

  • Motivating and committing to tasks with enthusiasm, seeking opportunities to learn and improve personal skills.
  • Responding flexibly and positively to changing requirements and tasks.
  • Supporting team cooperation and focusing on customer service.
  • Taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, communicating clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Maintaining a kitchen environment that promotes creativity, flair, and consistency in food quality and presentation.
  • Following all Food Safety Management Program policies and guidelines.
  • Supervising and developing lower-grade chefs, ensuring high-quality food production.
  • Collaborating closely with the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie on food quality and techniques.
  • Monitoring and controlling daily food merchandise quality and receipt.
  • Adhering to Food Safety, Hygiene, and Hilton Fire & Safety procedures.
  • Observing all hotel policies and procedures.
  • Performing additional tasks as delegated to ensure guest satisfaction.
