Sales Department Description:

Our Sales Development team includes Sales Development Associates (SDA), Business Development Representatives (BDR), and Sales Representatives (SR). SDAs are aligned with BDRs; SRs manage inbound leads, while BDRs focus on outbound lead generation. We seek energetic, driven professionals with strong business acumen and sales instincts to join our dynamic team. Candidates should be eager to progress through a clear learning and earning path. Salesforce offers a fast-paced, innovative environment with tools, resources, and leadership to help you succeed in selling business application solutions and advancing your career.

Sales Reps are responsible for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their territories. Ideal candidates are motivated, persistent, and self-starting.

Who you are and your Responsibilities

  • You have 6-36 months of experience in sales development or customer engagement.
  • You are fluent in Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, or Vietnamese to communicate with clients in Thailand, Indonesia, or Vietnam, respectively.
  • You are results-driven, with a proven impact on pipeline, revenue, or customer acquisition.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • You possess exceptional organizational and planning skills.
  • You are resourceful, coachable, and have strong business acumen.
  • You research and build "cold accounts" by adding contacts, sending emails, and cold calling.
  • You consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas.
  • You conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
