Job description

Overview:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, ERP this position is responsible for providing vision, leadership, planning, project coordination and management for the development of a cost-effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs of the system.

As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, implementation, and operational excellence of the CRM landscape across both Oracle Fusion and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) platforms. This role ensures that CRM systems effectively support business processes, comply with audit and control standards (including SOX), and evolve to meet future needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of Oracle Fusion CRM and Oracle EBS CRM modules, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and deliver enhancements across the CRM landscape.
  • Manage and support implementations, upgrades, and system rollouts as part of broader ERP transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure SOX compliance and proper controls are built into all CRM processes and system changes.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including incident management, system optimization, and user support.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver CRM projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure robust integration between CRM systems and other enterprise platforms.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the ERP team.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS CRM, including modules such as CPQ, Service, Sales, or Contracts.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion CRM/CX (e.g., Sales, Service, or Marketing).
  • Proven experience in ERP implementation and rollout projects, including business process design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Solid understanding of SOX compliance, controls, and audit requirements in an enterprise IT environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion CX applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Strong familiarity with Oracle EBS CRM modules and customer data models (e.g., Installed Base, Service Contracts).
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Capable of writing functional specifications and coordinating with technical teams on development and integrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Oracle certifications (Fusion CX) are a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrates strong initiative and independence in task execution; able to work autonomously, seeking managerial guidance only when faced with significant blockers or strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and engaging with senior business users & stakeholders.
  • Takes ownership of deliverables and follows through without the need for close supervision.
  • Builds positive working relationships across departments, promotes knowledge sharing, and fosters teamwork.
  • Knowledge of customer data governance and CRM analytics.
