Over the past 30 years, we’ve delivered keynotes and training programs across 40 countries for 1,000+clients — helping leaders and teams grow through programs in Brand Strategy, Culture Transformation, AI & Marketing, Branded Customer Experience, and Sales Mastery.

We’re expanding in Singapore and looking for a driven Business Development Consultant who can open doors, build trust fast, and close quality corporate clients.

This is not a “maintain accounts” role.
This is a new business role for someone who wants to win, earn well, and grow with a brand that has global credibility.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Hunt and win new corporate clients (HR, L&D, business leaders, senior stakeholders).
  • Prospect through outreach, referrals, networking, partnerships, and targeted accounts.
  • Run consultative conversations that uncover business needs and training gaps.
  • Present solutions confidently and professionally — and move deals forward.
  • Build proposals, follow up relentlessly, manage objections, and close.
  • Keep your pipeline clean and active with simple, disciplined reporting.
  • Work directly with leadership to execute the growth plan and sharpen positioning.
You’ll Fit If You’re…
  • Experienced in business development / sales (2–15 years, junior and senior levels welcome).
  • Comfortable selling B2B services (training, consulting, solutions, professional services).
  • Strong in stakeholder conversations and presentations (you can engage decision makers).
  • Energized by targets, activity, and progress — and you don’t need to be chased.
  • Already connected to HR/L&D networks in Singapore (a strong advantage).
  • Familiar with the L&D landscape; WSQ funding knowledge is a plus.
