Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager to assist in day-to-day operations, manage customer service, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in the healthcare environment. This role offers a competitive salary of $3,000 – $4,000 with a working week of 5.5 days. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the clinic’s day to day operations and functions.
  • Assist the Medical Director in the assigned clinic.
  • Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to cashiering, appointment booking, and answering customer enquiries.
  • Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee(s).
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.
  • Assist in the renewal of government licenses including but not limited to Clinic License, Fire, Insurance, and HSA.
  • Other duties assigned by your reporting officer as required.
