Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment efforts and oversee HR administration. The role requires 6-10 years of HR or recruitment experience, preferably in media environments. Responsibilities include defining role requirements, onboarding, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position offers a salary range of $4,800 - $5,500, plus performance bonus. Some travel is expected between offices.
Qualifications
- 6 - 10 years of HR or recruitment experience, preferably in media marketing or production.
- Occasional travel to KL office required.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles across various teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and conduct interviews.
- Oversee onboarding for new hires ensuring smooth integration.
- Build and maintain relationships for talent pipeline.
- Design and implement employee experience framework.
- Plan learning and development sessions.
- Conduct employee surveys and plan actions.
- Partner with management on succession planning.
- Oversee HR administration and ensure compliance.

Working Days: 5 Days, 8.30am-5.30pm, 1 Day WFH
Office is at Genting Lane [ Between Mattar & Farrer Park MRT ]
Salary Range: $4,800 - $5,500 + Performance Bonus [ No AWS ]
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
- 6 - 10 years of HR or recruitment experience - ideally in media marketing, media production or marketing agency environments .
- Occasionally travel to KL office is required
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles across PR, marketing, events, creative, and support teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, conduct interviews, benchmark salaries, and structure offers.
- Oversee onboarding for new hires - ensuring smooth integration into team culture and operations.
- Build an active talent pipeline and maintain relationships with universities, recruiters, and industry contacts.
- Design and implement a scalable employee-experience framework (mentorship, growth pathways, and performance reviews).
- Plan quarterly learning and development sessions and wellness programmes suited for a small, creative team.
- Conduct employee surveys and follow-up action plans to sustain morale and engagement.
- Partner with the CEO and management team on succession planning and leadership pipeline development
- Oversee all HR administration: employment contracts, payroll liaison, leave tracking, and benefits management.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF, PDPA, and Fair Consideration Framework.
