Working hours: Monday - Friday, School Term : 10 am - 7pm, School Holidays: Rotating Shifts between 7am to 7pm where necessary
Salary: Up to $3600/month
Main Responsibilities
Finance, Operations & Profitability
· Maintain high-quality service standards and achieve / maintain high enrolment numbers year-on-year student re-registration.
· Supervise timely fee collection and minimise bad debts.
· Oversee major purchases for centre renovation and maintenance.
· Identify and tap into public grants to enhance revenue or manage curriculum development costs.
· Ensure adherence to various internal and external regulatory requirements
Curriculum Development & Implementation
· Design, review, and improve enrichment programmes to meet the developmental needs of children
· Collaborate with third-party vendors to co-develop or deliver enrichment offerings.
· Conduct or co-facilitate enrichment/holiday workshops as needed.
Staff Management & Development
· Coach and support Centre Supervisors, trainers, and staff to deliver quality student care and enrichment programmes.
· Ensure all personnel receive ongoing training in curriculum, pedagogy, and customer service.
· Supervise the recruitment and development of quality trainers and support staff.
· Work with HR and leadership to support staff growth and career development initiatives.
Marketing, Branding & Customer Relationship
· Drive the branding and marketing of the company’s enrichment programmes.
· Maintain effective communication with parents via the Taidii App and regular centre updates.
· Explore opportunities to showcase student achievements through performances or exhibitions.
· Conduct and share findings from customer satisfaction surveys
· Build and sustain long-term partnerships with various stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
· Diploma in any discipline from a reputable institution.
Experience:
· At least 3 years of supervisory experience in managing private education centre/s
Essential Skills:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Independent and proactive problem-solver.
· Passion for working with children and developing educators.
· Ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders: staff, parents, school leaders, and corporate clients.
