The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is designed for early career talent, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. As part of the program, you will participate in backend development and maintenance, while also learning about the blockchain ecosystem at Binance.
- Develop and maintain Binance’s core products
- Compile and implement interface documentation for business modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate closely with teams to improve product functionality and efficiency
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field
- Solid foundation in Java and understanding of frameworks like multithreading and networking
- Familiarity with the Spring micro-service framework and its operating mechanisms
- Experience with MySQL and at least one NoSQL database
- Familiarity with common middleware like Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka
- Knowledge of big data and machine learning is preferred
- Strong logical thinking, teamwork skills, and a passion for continuous learning
- Current university students or recent graduates
