IT Project Coordinator/ Executive
Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager with a diploma in any discipline, preferably IT-related. The role involves managing Telco projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality project completions. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in project management or IT infrastructure. This position requires effective communication and the ability to manage changes in project scope. Qualifications
- Diploma in any discipline; IT-related fields preferred.
- IT experience in a multi-disciplinary environment is needed.
- Minimum 1 year experience in project management or IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Management of Telco projects following PMM.
- Manage change to project scope and schedule.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Document risks and issues for resolution.
- Provide regular updates to customers.
- Ensure high-quality project completion.
Skills
Education
- Management of Telco projects are adherence to Project Management Methodology (PMM) that covers Initiation, Define, Organize & Plan, Implement & Control and Handover/Closure.
- Manage change to project scope and schedule to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Document risk and issue, and escalation to relevant stakeholders for prompt resolution.
- Provide regular progress updates to customers, ensuring alignment.
- Ensure projects are completed to the high quality with customer satisfaction.
- Provide Project Completion Handover Documentation to Customer.
- Facilitate project handover to maintenance team.
- Diploma in any discipline; IT-related fields preferred.
- IT experience in a multi-disciplinary environment (e.g. Data Centre Operations, Network, Storage, Server, Middleware, Cloud, Cyber Security) in a customer fronting role.
- Minimum 1 year experience in project management or IT infrastructure environment
