Position: Head Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)

Organization: A leading NGO

Qualification: Masters degree in social sciences, development studies, statistics, data science, or a related field

Experience: 12-15 years

CTC: 25-30 LPA

Location: Mumbai

Responsible for designing and implementing the Foundation's MEL strategy to measure program impact effectively and contribute to organizational learning and decision-making. Lead efforts to strengthen data-driven decision-making, develop robust evaluation frameworks, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Collaborate closely with program teams, leadership, donors, and external partners to ensure alignment with best practices in monitoring and evaluation.

• Overall 15+ years of experience with at least 8-10 years in MEL, impact assessment, or data-driven decision-making in the nonprofit or development sector, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Masters degree in social sciences, development studies, statistics, data science, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in designing MEL frameworks, impact measurement, and donor reporting.
• Strong experience in data visualization, dashboard creation, and technology-enabled MEL systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
