Job summary

A healthcare service provider in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for Clinical Services. The role involves programme management, coordination with stakeholders, and support for clinical services. Job Description

Your role as a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for Clinical Services encompasses programme management, coordination with stakeholders, supervision of staff under your charge (if applicable), support for the services within the polyclinics, and collaborations with external stakeholders. You are expected to work closely with stakeholders, including clinicians, to provide administrative support for programme(s)/project(s), follow up closely on key performance indicators, collate data and statistics, and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure that workflows and processes are in place. You will also be involved in user acceptance tests, audits, clinical tracers, on-site support as and when required by the department.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement programme(s)/project(s) and ensure that goals and key performance indicators are met
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to establish workflows, ensure that processes and documentations are in place
  • Work closely with and supervise staff under your charge (if applicable)
  • Data extraction, analysis of data and development of data reports and dashboard for management reporting (where required)
  • Preparation of slides and reports for submission to management and relevant government bodies
  • Support programme-related events, roadshows, surveys, user acceptance tests, meetings etc.
  • Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Biomedical engineering, and/or with relevant experience in healthcare industry, quality management, and/or data analytics
  • Knowledge or qualification in process optimisation and automation, project management and/or experience in innovation, design thinking, quality improvement will be an added advantage
  • Good writing skills and statistical/data analytics skills are advantageous
  • Independent, resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, responsible and a good team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
