Job summary
A recruitment expert company in Singapore is looking for an experienced accountant to manage full sets of accounts and ensure statutory reporting compliance. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in the Property/Real Estate industry and is proficient in MS Excel and SAP. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts and statutory reporting in the Property/Real Estate Industry.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Excel and SAP.
Responsibilities
- Manage full sets of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Prepare cash flow projections and evaluate credit risk.
- Ensure statutory reporting compliance, including GST and corporate tax filing.
- Collaborate with leasing departments, financial auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
