Job description

Elmwood Design Consultancy, Singapore Studio

Elmwood Design Consultancy is a leading global design agency renowned for creating impactful and innovative brand experiences. With a rich history of design excellence, we are committed to pushing the boundaries of creativity and design to deliver outstanding results for our clients. As we expand our creative team, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Executive to join our Singapore Studio.

Who are we looking for:

As an Account Manager at Elmwood, you will support the smooth delivery of creative projects and contribute to strong, lasting client relationships. Acting as a key point of contact, you will work closely with our strategists, designers, and the Group Account Director to ensure our creative work not only meets but exceeds client expectations.

What you will do:

Project Delivery

  • Oversee the daily delivery of client projects, making sure tasks are completed on time, meet requirements, and stay within budget.
  • Lead internal briefings, manage timelines, and coordinate estimates and contact reports.
  • Work in partnership with cross-functional teams such as the creative team to monitor progress and manage deliverables throughout the project's lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with creative and operations teams, as well as external partners, to ensure all work aligns with strategy and achieves the desired creative outcomes.
  • Track and evaluate project effectiveness with the Group Account Director, helping to define success metrics.
  • Advocate for internal systems, processes, and financial tools, ensuring we stick to budgets and timelines.
  • Engage in weekly planning and forecasting meetings to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Document project insights and outcomes through post-project reviews, commonly referred to as "washups."

Client Relationships & Communication

  • Foster trust with client contacts through clear, professional communication and consistent follow-up.
  • Act as a dependable point of contact for daily updates, with support from your senior team members.
  • Assist in preparing for meetings, presentations, and proposal writing.
  • Keep detailed records of client feedback, approvals, and change requests.

Team Collaboration & Contribution

Collaborate closely with Account Executives, aiding in their development while also managing smaller-scale projects or specific workstreams independently.

Team up with the broader team—including creative, strategy, and production—to ensure project alignment and smooth delivery.

Take charge of internal systems and processes, contributing to a more efficient way of working.

Join in weekly planning and resource meetings to discuss needs, capacity, and project priorities.

What you have done:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a design, branding, or marketing agency in client servicing and/or project management roles.
  • Having relevant experience in advertising agencies is a plus.
  • A background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Professional writing tone, style, and email etiquette.
  • Strong eagerness to listen, learn, and grow in a dynamic, occasionally unstructured environment.
  • A genuine passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering exceptional work.
  • High sense of responsibility and commitment to the role.

What We Offer

  • Agency Retreats
  • Group Health Insurance
  • Group Personal Accident Insurance
  • A hybrid working environment
  • Curated Learning & Development opportunities
  • Annual festivities, along with various social events throughout the year
  • Fun Studio environment working alongside great and talented individuals
  • We offer 'Recharge Friday' every two weeks, providing our team members a half-day off on Fridays to promote well-being and rejuvenation.
