Responsibilities:
- Perform front desks duties such as attending to patients’ registration, crowd control, answering of phone-calls for appointments, questions and answer and assist doctor’s needs.
- Dispensary of medication.
- Handle TPA (Third-Party) Claims, Medisave Claims, Insurance Claims and other documentations.
- Assist Clinic Manager in her responsibility towards the over-all performance of the clinic with support from the Operation Department.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee and establishes inventory standards for medications, supplies and equipment. Stock taking and ordering of stocks.
- Maintenance of clinic’s cleanliness and appearance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline / GCE 'A' Level / 'O' Level / Higher NITEC
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated, independent and adaptable to change
- PC / computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills, Service oriented and a good team player
- 5.5 days week (Monday to Saturday)
- Candidates with more experience may be appointed to a senior role
