Job description

Inhome Eduhub is a leading education institution specializing in the Singapore study abroad training market. With deep industry experience and a thorough understanding of the Chinese student market, we are now looking for an experienced and innovative Sales and Marketing Manager to drive our business development and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies targeted at the Singapore study abroad training market, driving sales performance and market share growth.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Create and execute annual sales and marketing plans specifically targeting the Chinese market to increase student enrolment for Singaporean institutions
  • Market analysis: Conduct research and analysis on trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in China to identify opportunities for recruitment growth.
  • Build and maintain agent networks: Establish, train, and manage relationships with education agents, counsellors, and pathway partners in China to maximize recruitment channels and ensure targets are met.
  • Promotional activities: Organize and participate in education fairs, exhibitions, webinars, and school visits (both in-person and online) in China to promote study opportunities in Singapore.
  • Relationship management: Maintain strong connections with local schools, universities, and other relevant organizations in China to build a steady recruitment pipeline.
  • Application management: Oversee the application process, follow up on student enquiries and applications, and work to improve conversion rates from application to enrolment.
  • Marketing material development: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and localize promotional materials and digital content suitable for the Chinese market.
  • Budget management: Manage recruitment budgets for the Chinese market, including tracking expenses and ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment progress, application numbers, and market trends to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Compliance and quality assurance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with institutional policies and relevant regulations, and maintain high standards of service to prospective students and partners

Position Requirements:

  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities, capable of effectively motivating team members to achieve goals.
  • Market Insight: Deep understanding of the Singapore study abroad training market and the Chinese student market, with the ability to develop practical and effective marketing strategies.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities, enabling data-driven business decision-making.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, with the ability to effectively utilize social media and other digital channels for marketing.
