Job summary
A premium spirits distributor in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage the full set of accounts and ensure accurate GST submissions. Key responsibilities include daily reconciliations and liaising with auditors. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in MYOB. We offer a competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Prepare full set of accounts, GST submission and monthly reporting.
- Reconcile daily POS sales with bank receipts.
- Liaise with auditors.

Brief Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare full set of accounts, GST submission and monthly reporting for a company
- Reconcile daily POS sales with bank receipts, merchant statements and cash collections
- Liaise with auditors
- Assist in any ad hoc accounting matters
Requirements:
- Preferred 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MYOB and Microsoft applications
- Meticulous with analytical skills
- Self‑motivated, versatile, willing to learn, and has strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- 5‑day workweek
