Job Responsibilities

TikTok Live Hosting

Host daily or scheduled TikTok Live sessions to products (croissants, pastries, bundles, seasonal items).

Present products clearly with energy, confidence, and a warm, friendly

Demonstrate product features (texture, flavours, promotions, fresh bakes).

Engage viewers through comments, Q&A, and product demonstrations.

Sales & Conversion

Drive sales during live sessions through persuasive communication and call-to-action prompts.

Highlight ongoing promotions, bundles, and exclusive live-only deals.

Track live session performance and report sales data.

Content & Branding

Collaborate with the content creator to plan themes for live sessions.

Maintain consistent on-screen branding, tone, and messaging.

Assist in shooting short supporting clips (behind the scenes, product highlights).

Customer Engagement

Answer customer enquiries during live sessions (pricing, location, flavours, availability).

Build rapport with regular viewers and encourage repeat visits to the bakery.

Help maintain a positive, respectful environment in the live chat.

Operational Support

Prepare the product table before going live (stock check, labelling).

Ensure good lighting, audio, and camera angles.

Assist with packing and restocking during peak hours if needed.

Requirements

Confident, energetic, and comfortable on camera.

Strong communication skills (English; Malay / Mandarin is a bonus).

Experience in TikTok Live or sales roles is an advantage, but training will be provided.
