Job summary
A leading CNC machining company in Singapore is seeking skilled personnel to operate various machines including CNC milling and grinding. Candidates must have at least 3 years of CNC machining experience and GCE ‘O’ Level or above. The role involves adhering to safety regulations and assisting in new part development. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machining.
- Ability to perform a variety of duties to operate different machines.
Responsibilities
- Operate machines such as CNC milling, grinding, and press.
- Understand and adhere to work instructions and safety rules.
- Assist in new part development and provide training to others.
Skills
Education
- Perform a variety of duties to operate machines/equipment such as CNC milling, CNC grinding, EDM/Wirecut/Sinker, press and shoot peen to manufacture.
- Understand and adhere to all work instructions associated with the work you are performing.
- Comply with all company and safety rules and regulations during course of duties. ( Proper PPE )
- Perform jobs in priority order unless instructed otherwise.
- Perform and complete the operation you are performing IAW the required technical data referred to in your job traveler.
- Assist engineering with new part development.
- Provide trainings to others
- Report nonconformance’s related to parts, paper work, equipment, tooling or materials to the immediate Cell Leader.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices on machines and in work area
- Min GCE ‘O’ level and above
- Min 3 year of experience in CNC machining
