You will lead technical engineering activities that keep our manufacturing site reliable, safe and inspection ready. You will work closely with operators, project teams and external suppliers. • Lead engineering execution for equipment maintenance, modifications and capital projects from planning through handover.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment and utility issues and drive timely root cause and corrective actions.
• Ensure commissioning and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) are executed and documented to standard.
• Manage contractors and suppliers to deliver safe, on‑time and on‑budget work.
• Coach and develop junior engineers and technicians to build capability and resilience in the team.
• Support compliance and audit readiness by maintaining engineering standards, records and CAPA closure.

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of technical engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience in biological manufacturing industry
• Practical experience with equipment maintenance, commissioning and qualification.
• Experience managing contractors and coordinating cross‑functional work.
• Working knowledge of relevant safety and quality standards for manufacturing.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and clear written and verbal communication.

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Familiarity with Good Engineering Practice and Good Manufacturing Practice.
• Experience with SAP or other maintenance management systems.
• Project management experience delivering small to medium capital projects.
• Track record of leading continuous improvement or reliability programs.
• Experience coaching and developing technical teams.
