A leading global biopharma company in Singapore is seeking a Technical Engineer to lead engineering activities for their manufacturing site. This role requires over 10 years of experience in a regulated environment, particularly in biological manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting complex issues, and coaching junior engineers. You will lead technical engineering activities that keep our manufacturing site reliable, safe and inspection ready. You will work closely with operators, project teams and external suppliers.
