Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP based on approved procurement requests.
  • Perform Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in SAP, ensuring goods and services received are accurate and aligned with the corresponding POs.
  • Work closely with internal departments to support timely and accurate procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies between POs, deliveries, and invoices.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, financial regulations, and internal control requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of POs, contracts, and related documentation within SAP.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile procurement transactions and ensure timely and accurate cost bookings.
  • Prepare procurement-related reports and provide insights based on available data.
  • Support internal and external audit activities pertaining to the procurement process.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Period: 1 year contract

Location: Changi

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

Salary: up to $4500, depending on experience

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 3-4 years of relevant business/finance experience.
  • Proficient in the use of SAP (accounting software) and Microsoft Excel. Candidates with experience using SAP will be preferred.
  • Independent worker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised and excellent ability to track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
