A leading modern agency is seeking an experienced People & Talent Manager for a 6-month contract based in Singapore. This role involves overseeing payroll, maintaining HR systems, and enhancing employee experience across Southeast Asia. Candidates should have over 5 years of HR operations experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong knowledge of Singapore's labor laws. The ideal applicant is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR operation experience in an international environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor law in Singapore.
  • Positive energy and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS accuracy.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries.
